Our team prepares and quality-checks your items. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Step 3

Dispatched

Your order is picked up by our logistics partner and you receive a tracking update via email or WhatsApp.

Step 4

Delivered

Your items arrive at your door. Please inspect packaging before signing.

Delivery timeframes begin after payment confirmation, not at time of order.
Large or bulky items (sofas, wardrobes, beds) may require additional handling time. You will be notified.
Someone must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the item will be returned to our facility and redelivery will be scheduled.
enaija is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners once the item has been dispatched.
For multiple-item orders, all items may not be delivered simultaneously if sourced from different locations.
